“I’ve been with Waste Connections for almost 5 years. The rates of course always increase with each passing year, but after we gave a referral for a family member in our same zip code, Angela at Waste Connections honored a rollback so our service costs would match our family members’ because we both have the same plans. I know it’s a one time deal with this company but this level of customer service is hard to find anywhere anymore and I’m so grateful for it. Angela was great to work with!”

“My biggest mistake was "assuming" this was an expensive service. Since 2017, I've been through at least four services. One reason I signed on with WC was just seeing how the driver handles some difficult customers. Plus, I really like companies that have the lift mechanism. I see no need for the guys to break their backs lifting bins. They may not be heavy but that constant motion probably isn't good for the body. The driver on my street is Anthony. Even when I didn't have service with them he was always so nice waving to say hello. I also like how they have an app.”
