“Exceptional customer service from start to finish. The sales representative was pleasant and courteous, and the delivery was right on time, with a friendly and professional delivery driver. When the dumpster was first dropped off, it unfortunately blocked access to my garage. However, a quick call to the office was handled graciously, and the issue was resolved within the hour—impressive responsiveness. The size of the dumpster ended up being slightly underestimated for the amount of fencing I needed removed. I contacted the office, and they approved a slight overfill, as long as a photo was provided for confirmation. Everything was handled smoothly, and the dumpster was picked up without any issues. “I’ve used DumpStor several times. Each time I’ve used this company, I’ve had nothing but excellent service. Jefferson and Jason have been very helpful in getting me a dumpster often times at the last minute. The dumpster is always dropped off and picked up within the timeframe agreed upon. At times, at the last minute I’ve requested to change my pick up or drop off time, and there they are making sure that the request is honored….amazing! I really love using this company, because I know that their word is their bond, so I can count on the dumpster being at my location ready to get loaded. As long as I need a dumpster, I have absolutely no intention to use another company unless for some strange reason DumpStor decide to go out of business (which I pray not) It’s really difficult to find honest, reliable, and exceptional service these days, and at a reasonable cost at that, but I was very fortunate to find DumpStor. “UPDATE: I own a junk removal company. I have been working with DumpStor since May now. They have delivered dumpsters to four different cleanout projects, the latest being a shed demolition. They are always able to deliver the dumpsters when I request them and make the process so smooth and efficient. Their dumpsters fit in a normal parking space, which is awesome. And they're so pretty. *** Jefferson was amazing. Very responsive and made sure my dumpsters were at the house the evening before my house cleanout. He arranged the delivery of additional dumpsters so that I never had to stop working on the house.
