His professionalism speaks volumes for what a great company this is everyone there is always very nice when I have to call. Although I am canceling my service it has nothing to do with the company or people. I can't say enough good stuff about them”

“These folks are so prompt and courteous. We had rented a dumpster, which was the most reasonably priced that of any other company. I called to check on the time expiration date and was asked if we needed it a few extra days. We were able to finish our cleanout at no additional charge. That meant a lot and we will recommend Wells to others. Thank you!”

“Wells has been a lifesaver! It was difficult to get to the dump regularly working long hours, especially without a truck, then I found Wells. Back then they had a pickup truck and loaded the trash by hand. The company has grown so much but is still has the same great customer service . I’ve been a customer for all these years - I’m so grateful for their service! I wrote this review years ago, been with Well’s all this time but lately the service is spotty and the customer service rude. I’m now looking at other options, so tired of due dates changing so late fee can be added, trash not getting picked up and told it is because of dogs - the same dogs that have been in the yard for more than three years. And the rude responses from the emails are a hard no. This used to be such an amazing service run by a great man. Things have changed.”

“Told me I could pay cash if I wanted then when I did never gave me a receipt. When I asked about this they said they had no record of me paying. Happened 2 months in a row took cash no receipt. Don’t recommend business with them.”
