“Wow! I dont know if I can put into words what an awesome group of people ABC has working for them. I had an amazing experience with this company. First I spoke with Dan who helped me figure out exactly what I needed, and he gave me a great price. It was right where I had budgeted for the project I was doing. He was very accommodating to my needs and was flexible with pick up and drop off times. He was great! Then Scott the driver came into the picture. He showed up exactly when Dan said he would. I was concerned about my grass getting damaged but I shouldn't have been. I can't parallel park my little Toyota but Scott pulled in and out like he could do it in his sleep! “About a week ago, I called up to get a quote for a 20 yarder. This was not my first call. I rent a dumpster probably 3-4 times a year, so I had a general idea of the rates, but I was more concerned with terms. I left probably a dozen shops voicemails to give me a call back. They all were super quick to respond, but Dan was the only one who called back and the first thing he said was, “Hey Nate! Thanks for keeping us in mind this time around! Are you still working on the residence at (XYZ address)?!” I hadn’t called the guy since last spring! He gave me the terms and quote, and mentioned it was a slower season, so he’s flexible with getting the dumpster back. That’s neighbor-friendly service right there! Thanks Dan!
