“If I could give them ZERO STARS, I would! My Trash was not picked up on the schedule day, so I called to let them know. They ask if I had my trash out at the end of the road and I said my trash was the end of the road two days before trash day and it was! They said they would send someone out the next day to pick up my trash. No one ever showed up so I called again and I was told that someone will contact me within 24 hours. I have yet to receive that phone call. I emailed them and told them the situation, and still no response; meanwhile my garbage can was overflowing outside and I had nowhere to put the other trash that I had inside my home. My trash did not get picked up until the following Trash Pick Up day! The only correspondence I received from Republic is an invoice for the next three months that’s due on February 9 and the price just keeps rising every 6 months!!! You keep raising the prices, but your workers not doing their jobs! Hold your darn breath and wait for it just like I had to wait for my trash to be picked up! I had put a review before this one and they responded under it to call and speak with someone. So, I took the other review down, and that’s when I called again, I was told that someone will call me back within 24 hours but I’m still waiting for that call! So just like I’m waiting for the call, you wait for my money and see if it shows up! You just lost a customer of many years because this is not the first or the second time that this has happened to me! I’m done with Republic!”

“I an very frustrated with this company. Since they have increases our price, they have missed picking up our trash on a few occasions. A couple of times I did not contact them because mistakes happen and my trash was not completely full so we could manage it. One time they took care of it within 1 to 2 days but this week they have not taken care of it at all. They canceled my request to pick up the missed trash. The day after my request to pick up the missed trash, they sent me an email for a bill that's due next month, while not fulfilling their job in picking up the missed trash. I have never missed paying my bill and we always put our trash out to the curb the night before.”

“If I could give this place zero stars I would. We signed up for dumpster service about 2.5 years ago. We signed a contract. Each year they have increased our pricing by $50 throwing in some new fee and increasing the price of the dumpster. Whenever I call to talk to someone it takes me 45 minutes to an hour to talk to actually get someone who can “help”. I’ve been told I cannot cancel my contract even though they keep increasing the rates. In addition to that it’s another $250 to pick up the dumpster even if I want to switch to regular trash pick up. I’ve been promised call backs from managers and never received them as well. When an individual signs a contract, there is an expectation that the contract price is valid for the term of the contract. But not with this place. They are nefarious. They don’t care about their clients. All they care about is how much money they can squeeze out of an individual in an economy where people are already struggling to pay their bills. My suggestion is that you should NEVER use this company. Go with someone else. ANYONE else. Even if their prices are higher, because once you sign a contract with these guys, they will increase their pricing, lock you in and you will be paying more with them then with any other company you could have went with.”

“We are only given one option to waste pickup. I had our serviced missed and called for a pickup they said they would send someone out. Our cans sat for multiple days without pickup. This hasn’t been the first time of this either. They also continuously send out texts saying the service has been delayed. I received one just now at 9:31am, our trash was already picked up at 7:30am. When they bought out Santek I thought it couldn’t have gotten much worse, but they continue to have the same issues. They also will not pick up any trash that is outside of the trash cans. This company has awful systems that clearly show in their service.”
