“I waffled between 3 or 4 stars because the bills outweighed the good part of the service, unfortunately. Service providers have been outstanding - moving bins from sidewalks or curbs and then REPLACING them sideways on the sidewalks to indicate the wastes were picked up! High marks for that extra touch - and the workers who do that know who they are!!! BUT, I only have (1) 64g & (1) 20g waste bin, (2) 20g recycling bins, and (1) 64g greens bin - yet my bill each billing cycle is over $500! Next door has more than double my bins sizes and numbers, I can't imagine what their bill must be!”

“Overall, my personal service from WM is excellent with one exception. They will not replace my garbage containers, which for some inexplicable reason have been targeted with graffiti. I have lived in the same place for 52 years. Never a problem before. On a larger scale the highways are a trash covered mess and a huge culprit are the WM and recycling trucks whose drivers do not close their trucks. As they drive at highway speed, papers and trash fly out and make our highways a litter-filled mess. I am ashamed and discouraged and suffer depression every time I return to the Bay Area from Europe and Japan where there just is not a garbage problem along the highways. Disgusting.”

“WM is proffessional. From the online setup. Follow up calls. Initial delivery. Fair pricing. And placement. The drivers are courteous and wave. I have a 3 yd for my small business fits all my trash and waste materials that I cannot recycle. If you have had bad service with them in the past I can tell you I have zero issues.”

“So far, they did great collection every week. One thing I remember, we are blamed and warned for throwing plastic bags in blue recycling bins. We throw only cans, boxes, newspapers, cardboards, bottles, letters, etc. WM rechecked the our bins again in their video, it found out was not from us but our neighbor’s. There are 2-3 residents in our area with easement. Sometimes our bins are few feet apart everytime we bring out bins due to limited street parking spaces. Well, They (WM) improve and learn lessons from their mistakes.”
