“***UPDATE*** So long story short, I spoke to management at Republic Services. They addressed the matter promptly and completed several follow up calls to confirm that the dumpsters were replaced correctly and not posing a fire hazard. I hope that this corrective behavior continues without direct supervisor but only time will tell. *** I'm at the point of seeking a lawyer due to Republic Service drivers/trash men negligence. Since July they have been skipping weeks at a time and not putting the dumpster back into their designated areas. I work salary, I'm not a trash worker and shouldn't be expected to move dumpsters so I can reverse my vehicle safely. It poses a hazard in the case of an emergency and I can't leave safely, and possible personal injury if I have to move heavy dumpsters. I've spoken to management several times and there has been no resolve.”

“****UPDATE JULY 17 2025*** I have called everyday since July 9 2025 and each time, spoke with different representative all telling me the same crap in their own words. I called them July 16 2025 around 1pm, told the rep i was up since 8am and was tracking my truck every 30mins. It said it was on route for my scheduled pick up and i can clearly see it on the app and online on the website. Around 1230pm it just disappeared and all of sudden said i have no scheduled pick up. Rep told me something like the higher ups canceled it multiple times, something like that. And the only thing he can do is put another request in for JULY 17 2025 and he will attach ALL the notes of what has been going on since July 9 - 16th so everyone can see the complaints and what has been going on so they can pick up my trash. Well, as u see the photo on the bottom with trash on the ground, trash has been piling up more than that because it has been TWO WEEKS of them not coming except Monday they serviced my bin ONCE. i took matters to my own hands and disposed all the trash on the ground properly. TODAY JULY 17 2025, I AM STILL NOT SCHEDULED FOR any extra PICK UP. GARBAGE A$$ company. My trash Bin has been sitting there for 2 weeks. Even replying to their message on this post about sending them your contact info and address. all they do is email you " hello can you confirm if all trash has been serviced" just like the phone, each email is sent by a different representative. they just respond slower. i attached a photo of my bin now with 2 trash bags on the ground as it will continue to add on, until July 21 2025 as that is my regular service day. paying 166 every 3 months with $21 per extra bin pick up... ***7/11/2025*** Update, I called and spoke to a lady today and she said the guy i spoke to on Thursday DID NOT put in my request. She said it was their mistake and that she will send out a note to a driver to see if they can come pick up my trash today. They never came. My trash has been sitting out there on the street since 7-9-2025. Now ill have more trash added to what is already in the photo plus this weekend. Straight trash. Long story short. I had more trash then usual as it was a busy weekend. My pick up is on Monday7-7-2025, so they picked up whatever i had in the bin. Went online 7-8-2025 on Tuesday and requested a scheduled pick up for them to pick up on Wednesday. I Called them on Wednesday, lady said "oh she sees the request, but it was never put it," she put it in for Thursday, i had told her that I have more trash than the bin can hold and what can I do to get rid of it all. She asked how many bin of trash do I think I have. I told her about 3 . She said it cost $21 for a scheduled pickup and she will put in 3 scheduled pick up, that is $63(which i dont mind)she can have them come and pick up the bin, but I will have to be present and keep refilling the bin so they can collect it with their truck, because it is too dangerous for them to get out of the truck to refill the bin. I had no problem with that either. Thursday comes they never came, I checked on the app and online to track the trucks progress, its route was at 25% complete for 5 hours(yes I have repeatedly clicked refresh the browser) I called them around 430pm 7-10-2025 this time it was a guy, told him is the truck still going to come because I have been looking at the tracking of the truck and it has been stuck at 25% all day. He said, on his end it says 40% but he also said this worried him because late in the day like this the truck should have completed more than 40% of its route. He told me to leave the trash out incase they do come and he will re add my request in for Friday TODAY 7-11-2025 incase they don't come. I just checked and it says I have no service today and they will pick up on next service day which is next week on monday.”

“If I could give them zero stars I would not only did they not pick up the garbage in our apartment but they left the dumpsters sideways in the middle of the street , he was also blocking the entrance & started to back into me twice forcing me to honk & back my car into a busy street! when I caught up to him to tell him to fix it & he almost hit my car ,he said just call my supervisor well I'll do better than that I took pictures of everything and I'll be sending it to corporate”

“Constantly misses our pickups despite them being on the street and plenty far away from cars. Their excuse is always that the cans are too close to cars. Last week, only one of our recycle bins was picked up despite them both being next to each other, not overflowing or too heavy as they were both full of cardboard. This company is the worst”
