“I too must have gotten lucky with when I came in because this place doesn’t suck as bad as most of the WM places I’ve been. I don’t know how big Casella is as a company, but they do a far better job than WM. THE ONLY BAD THING IS THERE’S NO SIGNS WHATSOEVER so you are kinda winging it. Yes it’s a busy place with a lot of moving traffic, but patience is key here. 53’ dry van drivers: when you come in take a left off Bunkerhill and go to the FURTHEST OUTSIDE scale. You will not fit on the inside scales. Walk over to the scale house and the guy in there will give you perfect directions on what you need to do. I would have given it five stars if there were any signs that could have kept me from turning around three times.”

“Dirty place nasty smell. This people made me to buy safety vest then checked in I got safety vest from 50 miles away and came back. People who work in dirt place might have dirty heart ❤️. Respect people even you are not.”

“Worse place to pick up small space to park and in top they park trailer right by the dock plus recycle and there driver block you like you don't exist don't waste your time and loading time take over 6 hours”

“... I guess I was one of the lucky ones and did not have a bad experience... Yes it was a smelly one but... Look where we're picking up.... duh ... But anyway knowing where you're at and it will take time to even get there depending on the time of day well I don't think it matters as long as there's daylight lol.. It's going to take a few minutes to get in there doesn't matter if you're coming in from the 93 or from the pike but anyway ... I had to sit at the end of the street and the queue and wait my turn... Scaled in waited for doc to open.. easy enough to back in the spot.. scale out good to go... The longest wait was not even after I checked in.. It was just waiting to access the scale and I know some people have said they will load you super heavy... I can't speak for them or anyone else except for me and... The fact I only got 33k... I am not complaining... And it was also nice to be back even if just for a few hours to the old stomping grounds...... Go Bruins ...”
