Cobra Roll-Off Dumpster Rental

“I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this company due to their lack of integrity. My father’s home caught fire and the restoration company hired Cobra to drop off a dumpster for cleanup. The driver took our entire streets mailboxes out and just left them to be broken. My neighbor across the street witness the entire thing, took photos of the damage, and contacted us immediately; as we were both at work when it happened. (Around 7:30 am) I spoke with the manager Nick and sent the evidence we had, he refused to fix the mailboxes or take any accountability for what happened. Didn’t even apologize or respond to my email. Instead he called my father and basically told him “too bad” they aren’t taking the responsibility or making it right. We wouldn’t be so disheartened had they just admitted it, even if they refused to make it right, lying about it is absolutely unacceptable, especially when we have a witness to the event and several photos to prove they did in fact cause damage. So, on top of not being able to stay in his home for an estimated 6-9 months, my elderly father now has to deal with their negligence and dishonesty, because he is going to repair the wooden post and replace his mailbox before the heavy snow comes and knocks them all down again. I will forever tell people of the crooked people that are running this company, and I will NEVER recommend anyone to use them. Sadly, this is also a local company to our community. **EDIT: as you can see from the response made to my review this company has taken NO ACCOUNTABILITY. My neighbor legit watched them back into OUR mailboxes, it was her mailbox as well as the rest of the streets! We have all been neighbors for 25+ plus years and have each other’s backs when it comes to the surveillance of our small community. The cement driveway is not owned by the same neighbor that witnessed the driver take them out. And, had it been someone that lived on our road they would have happily repaired them. Same mailboxes and neighbors on that road for decades. We all do the right thing. Not once was I offered insurance info to resolve this and no one contacted my father back at all. Bold lies, yet another reason to never trust this company. Unbelievable!”

“I ordered a 20 yard dumpster and Cobra delivered it the same day. I asked to have it picked up a week later and they were at my house first thing in the morning. I met the delivery driver who was very nice and he backed it in exactly where I had requested on the phone when I ordered it. It fit debris from my 16x12 shed that was damaged in a storm, plus other large household items. They did a great job!”
