“Let's talk about A plus customer service. From answering my call a few minutes after 5 p.m. to literally helping me solve three problems regarding property clean up, Dustin literally surpassed my expectations! I concur with all the other reviews saying his approach to service is both friendly amd action oriented. He asked me questions regarding my projects and helped me best estimate the cubic feet for each need. I needed one 30 yard dumpster for branches and materials from property clean up. In fact, he willingly reviewed photos of the property ahead of dropping the dumpsters so he could evaluate where to place them for efficiency and minimal soil impact (truck tires sometimes much up soft soils). I needed another dumpster for general trash and misc from property clean up. Dustin even helped me haul a bus from one part of my property to the front! I mean, this guy is full of reasonable solutions, follows through on his timeliness, is communicative, and honestly provides great customer service for an up front, clear, fair price. This review is long over due from me. However, what reminded me is because I literally saved his work number for the next time I needed dumpster service at a new project. It's that time! You will absolutely not go wrong hiring Dustin and letting Roll Off Masters take care of the heavy lifting.”
