“We ordered the 30 yard dumpster for $295 plus $20/day. They state on their website that there are no hidden fees. Well, we didn't get any receipt until AFTER they picked up the dumpster. Come to find out, they are charging $0.12 per pound! I'd say that was a hidden fee because it was not mentioned anywhere on the website and we didn't find out until AFTER they picked up the dumpster and wanted another $400+. Last time I used U-Load-It and they didn't charge ANYTHING extra! I highly recommend using another service! This is costing me about $765 for one dumpster for 4 days. To say I'm not happy is an understatement! Update: I just want to add that the payment and over charge, according to my bank account, were collected by Liberty Dumpster. I urge you to look at both reviews on the Better Business Bureau. Many of the complaints for Liberty Dumpster sound like what we experienced.”

“I would give this company a minus if I could. I get a text telling me I now owe 12 cents per pound............ after they delivered the dumpster. Thanks for the upfront business, more like a bait and switch. I have mostly cardboard in the dumpster and it is raining which will more than likely triple the weight. I do not recommend this company.”

“Do not do business with this company. Our window for drop off was 6am-12 noon. Around 1:30 they finally get around to dropping it off. Breach of contract. Then a few days after they pick it up (on time of course) they say we owe an extra $500 for weight. Customer service is terrible. Again, do NOT use this company- completely unreliable and outrageous fees that are not clearly stated. I’d give them negative stars if I could.”

“Worst dumpster rental company I’ve worked with in twenty five years of construction management, be very careful of the companies Bait and switch tactics and make sure you read the fine print because you won’t be able to get a hold of them after they have your money.”
