“I wouldn't ever use this service to haul concrete again. It seems like I'm not the only one who feels misled by this company. So, maybe save yourselves some headaches and money and go with someone else. In response to below comment from budget dumpster: 1) I got a 10 ton concrete dumpster and was assured by your rep that some rebar embedded concrete would not be a problem. 2) Two months later I was charged an additional 300$ out of the blue because my dumpster came in at 2tons over the weight limit of 1 ton. 3) After several back and forth emails I was told there was non-concrete items (I did put a few pieces of rebar embedded concrete in there) and was automatically downgraded to msw 1ton dumpster service and charged overages yet still charged the expensive 10 ton dumpster service (quite a good deal for Budget Dumpster). 4) I would not have chosen this route if I had not been misled by your rep into thinking that some rebar was allowed. I am troubled by your practice of making the customer pay for your misstatements. So I do not recommend the service. It seems like there is a hidden minefield of costs and penalties. Your records must be incomplete to not show an issue.”
“I’m in the process of tearing down my old deck and I was in the process of locating a Large 30 yard dumpster to rent. I checked out several different Dumpster Rental Companies and I end up going with Budget Dumpster they were reasonably priced with no hidden costs. Their representative Elysia helped me with getting the Dumpster Rented. She was courteous and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.”
“The ordering process was fast and easy. All the customer service was professional and friendly. The driver was great and gave us some nice tips for loading tolerance. Drop off and pick up were both very smooth. Our only complaint would be that the pricing on the website didn't match what we were quoted for our area.”
“When ordering on-line I want a straight forward check out, easy to use website, and as little "noise" from spam emails as possible. I tried a handful of places before settling on budget Dumpster and frankly avoid anyone else. Minimal email. Use the on-line app to schedule delivery and pick-up. They didn't charge me extra when I was late scheduling pick-up do to the power outages I suffered. And when dropped off they put RIGHT where I asked them too. Pick-up was easy. They came a bit earlier than I expected. I walked out and said: want me to move my car (yeah that would be great!) moved it an boom dumpster was GONE! Would highly recommend and when I do my next remodel I will start right here!”
“SCAM! Driver showed up, puts the truck in reverse, turned the wheel just enough to get one tire on my driveway, took a picture and left. Then I get an email saying I will be charged a $100 failed service fee; they even attached the photo as if they want to rub it in my face.”
