She provides some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. She has such a kind attitude, and you can immediately tell this is a reputable company that genuinely cares about its customers — not just about collecting money. I ended up needing the dumpster longer than the original contract period, and instead of letting it sit there so they could keep charging me (like some companies might), Janine actually checked in about once a week to see if pickup was needed. That level of honesty and customer care really stood out to me. I truly appreciate how they do business and how well they treat their customers. I highly recommend Vavia to anyone needing a dumpster rental in San Antonio. If I had to rate them from 1 to 10, I’d give them a 100.”
