“Won’t be using this company again. Bins are so short they can barely hold anything in them. After bin was dropped off i called and explained it was too short (3.5ft tall) to fit much of anything in it from my project. So I told them to get it and we’d use different company and they said they’d still charge $200 on a $280 rental 🤣. So $100 each way for the truck and no use. Feedback for company: provide full dimension details with customer! This was a waste of time and money smh.”

Easy process and affordable. “I called to get a second dumpster after we filled the first one, and they came within the hour and then we received notice we had to stop the job. Budget dumpster came right back out and grabbed the dumpster no problem, the company didn’t charge us to come get the dumpster and the customer service was wonderful! Highly recommended!”

“If I could have given zero stars I would have. The employee that answered the phone demanded an address why that is so pivotal for a quote on a dumpster is beyond me but the fact he was rude about it and offered no explanation why is the issue. He was good turning away business instead of being more customer friendly....trust me the way he treated both my wife and I had we have more derogatory vulgar names we would call him but will keep this appropriate....not at all satisfied with the treatment!!”
