“Very unfriendly and unprofessional service by the truck driver picking up trash after Christmas. License plate on the truck NNH 9088. The driver definitely needs some coaching and training. Had some sacks that fell off the top of my trash can, and he would not let me toss them into back of the truck or even load up them in my can and dump. Driver does not value customers and definitely not friendly or kind. This is how it should have went with a professional outfit, that values customers, “Absolutely sir go ahead and toss them over, Happy new year”!”

“Horrible service the keep going up in prices then get mad and try to charge a cancellation fee when it’s a pre pay service. No contract was ever signed therefore should never have a cancellation fee. I didn’t pay it I advise everybody else don’t pay it. They are also threatening to report to credit when no contract was ever signed so they don’t Evan have my social. They are complete idiots”

“While I was out working one of the drivers for this company got out of his truck to yell at me for blocking a trash can and then got more upset when I wouldn't engage with him. I called to speak with a manager and he said he was too busy doing his job to deal with that and it didn't concern him.”

“Absolutely atrocious service. I signed up for 2x/week service every Tuesday and Friday. I was only getting service on Tuesday. I emailed. I submitted requests. I called. Told them I’m only getting half the service I paid for and am entitled to. She hung up. I called back and she was very dismissive. I had to tell her three times to MAKE AN ACTUAL NOTE for them to pick up my trash every Friday as well. They came that Friday. Now they’re not coming Tuesday. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS PROVIDER. THEY WILL NOT COME. It is Wednesday morning and my trash is still outside, very much full.”
