“I was scammed hundreds of dollars in fees on the back end of doing business with this company. The initial customer service and price was great. I rented an 15-yd construction dumpster, they didn't have it in stock so they sent an 20-yd with no additional charge. The invoice was sent through an Illinois company called Prime Dumpsters. Everything was satisfactory until the dumpster was returned when I received and invoice charging me MORE than what the initial rental was.The extra charges were due to weight and extra days. The operator didn’t disclose the pickup policy in the initial contract and it’s typed in the finest print on the invoice. They rented me the dumpster for 14 days, when they didn't pick it up on day 14, I called but I was charged the extra days it took for them to pick it up. They put a weight limit of 2-ton for a 20-yd dumpster in the fine print of the contract. It rained 5" while I had it, wet insulation and wood is not light. When I called the number provided on the invoice, asking about these charges the operator said “yes this is how it is”. Don’t do business with this company unless you want to blow your budget.”

“I don't know how it happened but I called this phone number but ended up renting from a brokerage company called Prime Dumpster rentals out of Illinois (so I suggest to ask who you are talking to when you call) who then sent someone local to deliver a dumpster. So far it has works out but I'm yet to see if there are any extra charges on my final bill.”
