“Pick up was fine, Prices and business model not sustainable. After having Republic service for 5+ years. I signed up for residential trash service with Mountain High Disposal, I canceled Republic service for 2/1/26 and scheduled a bin removal for 2/7/26, service paid on 12/5/25 for $163.14 for the upcoming quarter. On 1/7/26, Republic shows up to pick up a full bin set out for trash pickup. The driver calls office, the office tells me that since I canceled service starting on 2/1/26, that service was canceled period and if I wanted resign with them, I could. Extremely poor business model, coupled with unprofessionalism. I contacted Mountain High Disposal to see if I could move up my start date, which they did with excellent customer service and under $50/per quarter as to Republics $163.14/quarter.”

“Our trash has not been collected in over a week. I've lived in my community for 7 years and this has never happened. This used be a good, reliable and responsible company. Now they don't follow their own statement, "best in-class in customer service." Yeah right.”

“Is zero stars an option? This company is designed to get you signed and then screw you through hidden prices increases. Once you notice they will not answer phone calls return phone calls or return emails. Don’t take my word for it, just simply call the local associate phone number and it goes straight to voicemail. Our dumpsters have been sitting at 2 properties for months after we notified them to remove them from the property. Republic will not answer a phone call or email. The only communication we receive our bills after our service has been canceled.”

“We have Republic Services trash for over 15 years, they increased the pricing every year, so significant that we canceled the services today. 1 month of their service fee = 4 months from other trash company. After I canceled, they charged $75 per container for removing the containers, I have 2 95gals = $150 for the fee. Ridiculous!”
