“This company is confused- they treat their customers like garbage! This morning, someone in my household made a small error and left the trash bin pointing in the wrong direction at the curb. Apparently, the driver was able to get out of his truck and leave a passive-agressive diagram on the proper way to leave ones bins, but he couldn't be bothered to simply turn the bin around and pick it up. Garbage was left uncollected and I will now have to pay for an additional pick up this week while I search for a new company to do business with.”
“Don’t usually leave reviews but I will say they have always been great and accommodating. A few times I have missed getting the garbage out on time and they always came back when I called without a hassle or a complaint about it.”
“We went with USA Hauling for a dumpster to clean out our a relatives house after a death, and we were SO happy with the service and so thankful to USA for helping to make things run so smoothly. The dumpster was placed exactly how we needed, even when we thought it would be a tough position. We had the dumpster picked up when full also and exchanged for another smaller size which happened seamlessly. We truly can’t thank USA and the whole team for making this all so easy and I’m so impressed with the services!”

The delivery team were very conscientious about not damaging our property. Alison was very kind and professional, and we greatly appreciate her return call and apology for the fee confusion.”
