This company is absolutely terrible. I posted a review two weeks ago about their price gouging, lack of consistent service and terrible customer service. Of course I received their auto generated response making it appear that they want to help. I canceled my services effective immediately, but I was told that my agreement wouldn’t be terminated until the end of the month. I was told that I would have to continue to pay for services until the end of the month plus a $46 charge for them to come and pick up the trash cans that had to be empty when they pick them up or I would be charged another surcharge. Again they failed to pick up my trash on February 12 and February 20 so now my trash cans sit overfilled and I’m coming towards the end of the month so I suppose they think they’re going to not only charge me to pick up the cans, pay for services that I never received and also surcharge me because the cans are full of trash because they failed to pick them up at all. I report missed pick ups and they do nothing to fix the ongoing problems. I have all of this documented and if they think I am paying a dime for no service, they are sadly mistaken. I’ll take them to court. This company is a joke. Stay as far away from them as you possibly can if you value your time your money and your sanity - you have been warned!!!!

Many missed pickups. They would use our driveway to turn around and not pickup or garbage. I would have to call at least monthly to tell them. Process kept going up and up and up. I finally called to cancel and waited for 45 minutes to even speak with someone. I was told not to pay my current statement because it had just come in and I was canceling. I was charged $48 to remove my can! And they even charged me a late fee. How are you going to charge a late fee when you didn't even bill me again?! The 48$ can removal is so they can "refurbish it." When I received it from them, it was nasty, smelly, and obviously used, so that's a bunch of bull. Their prices were ridiculous. They offered to match the price of my new company but I declined. I shouldn't have to wait 45 minutes to cancel. And I shouldn't be charged 48$ to remove a garbage can. Never again will I do any business with them.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. We signed up with them on a Monday the lady said our service would start Wednesday Feb 18th. I put the trash out Tuesday evening. Wednesday came and went no pick up. Thursday came still trash at the crub. Called they said they'd pick it up Friday. Friday came no pick up. Called again this time was told we'd have to pay 97.00 for pick up or we could wait until our scheduled pick up date. Hung up on them. Then my mother called they told her they didn't say that and they'll pick it up Tuesday and Wednesday. Well it's Tuesday and you're CLOSED. I'm so furious. It better get picked up tomorrow or you'll be seeing me in person.

Do not go with Republic! Go with Allison or any other local trash pick up. Republic raises their rates without notice, the miss pick ups (sometimes multiple weeks in a row) and will not offer any type of reimbursement! You’ll wait on hold for customer service for a long time and get no where with them! AND they charge drop off and pick up fees for you can. If I could give zero stars I would!
