“Was quoted 8-10am drop off for the dumpster, and it arrived 2 hours later. I called multiple times for an update, all times the service rep was rude and seemed annoyed I was asking for a reasonable ETA update. Called 90 minutes after the window and operator hung up on us and we had to call back again. They take card over the phone and check and do not provide an online pay option. Dumpster pickup was straightforward.”
“Responsive when you need to get a dumpster but I have tried to obtain 2 invoices from them (One from March(which I requested back in April) and one from May(which I requested in June)) and the owner keeps telling me he will get them over to me. I still do not have the paid invoices despite multiple calls. I was billed $1000 which is fine but you would think at that cost I could get 2 paid invoices emailed to me.”
“Gave me .50 a pound for insulated copper wire, despite multiple online posts stating 1.96, and its at least 1.40 anywhere else, but they dont give you prices until you cash out. Absolute hacks”
