“I made the poor decision of selecting JM Junk to help clean out my late father's house. I booked them 1 months in advance of the work date and paid 50% down to ensure they would be there when I needed them. I explained I was flying across the country on a limited schedule and had a carpet installation planned for the next day. I was told to call back a week ahead of time to confirm and my credit card was charged. When I called back to confirm, they didn't seem to know who I was. I took 2 days and multiple texts to get confirmation. On the scheduled pick up date, I called and texted multiple times and was told 30 min before they were due to arrive that all staff called off, or went back to college and they couldn't support my job leaving me in a mad scramble to find another company and pay a lot for pick up. I doubt they would have even contacted me to let me know they weren't coming given all of the communication problems. I was told my credit card would be refunded the same day. 5 business days later and no refund, ended up successfully disputing the charge. Not really what I needed in a difficult time.”
“Best prices around by far and great customer service i rented a 15yd and they upgraded me to a 20yd free of cost which was a blessing cause i barely had enough room with the 20yd! 😂 my friend and family and me will be useing jm junk removal & dumpster rentals for all future rental/pickup needs!!”
“JM Junk Removal was prompt to reply and schedule a pickup. Very easy to work with, all via text. After moving here a few months ago from another state we had a lot of items to get rid of, ie: furniture broken from move, flooring we pulled out of new house, items left by previous home owner, twin mattress and misc. other items. They did all the heavy lifting and broom cleaned the garage after the pile was removed. The guys were friendly and professional. Definitely will use again as needed and highly recommend. Now we can park in our garage!”

My property is definitely in better shape because of them. I'll definitely be using JM for my hauling and disposal needs in the future.”
“Joe & Jeff with JM Junk Removal are beyond amazing. I rented a dumpster for a home renovation. The dumpster was dropped off promptly after speaking with them on Monday. The cost beat everyone else which was through Friday. I had an unexpected family emergency come up, and lost almost 2 full days of work on my house. I had originally planned to not even need the dumpster until Friday. After reaching out to them on keeping the dumpster for as late as possible for pick up on Friday or even an extra charge to keep it until Saturday as I played catch up, they responded to me to keep it for the whole weekend with no extra charge. I can't express my appreciation to them for their understanding of my situation enough. Highly recommend JM Junk Removal & Dumpster Rentals. They definitely go above & beyond for their customers. 5 stars all the way!”
