“Despite very challenging work site conditions, Dave went above and beyond to keep our demolition project on track. Nice equipment and good communication. Update as of 8/9/24 Turns out that, while David works hard and provides good service, his billing practices left me confused and frustrated. Our job lasted 3 days with multiple loads. After it was done, I got multiple invoices which did not clearly explain all his charges. While fair, he didn't disclose ahead of time there would be an additional charge for delivering on a Sunday, nor was that fee listed on his web page. He also was willing to wait for us to fill a load so he could haul it away quickly and get us an empty dumpster. Again, after the fact, he charged a fee for that which he didn't make clear at the time. His calculations for fees for excess weight were not easy to understand either. Some being grouped together covering some loads, and some listed individually. When all was said and done, I asked for a comprehensive invoice listing each fee and how it was calculated several times, which he never was able to provide me. He expected to be paid for the time he spent waiting for a load which is fair, but how about the hours and hours I spent trying to calculate what the charges should be? Ultimately he issued me a refund of about 1%.”

“Dave and the crew over at CR Dumpstars are incredible. My family and I went through a very challenging demolition of a small camp house. It has a one way dirt road leading up to the camp. Dave placed the dumpster expertly. We got tons of rain and, once filled, it was stuck in the mud. Dave brought a second dumpster and then a third. He handed out ponchos in the pouring rain and even chipped in on loading up one dumpster. He and his crew could have written us of as too much work to deal with, but they did the opposite. GREAT company!”
