“I needed a bed dismantled and hauled away and landed up setting up the appointment via text. I got a time right away. I was asked to change the time either that night or the next night but it was no problem for me. The day before the appointment I got a message to call them and they needed to change the time closer to the original time set. I was fine with that. They called 25 minutes before they arrived to give me their ETA. They couldn’t have been nicer or more careful carrying the bed pieces outside or friendlier to my dogs. It was a very nice experience and I’ll be calling them in the future.”
