“I called Friday evening and spoke with Jeff. I explained the need we had for a container and he was so kind and caring; he got us scheduled for the following Monday, first thing. Jeff just so happened to be the gentleman that dropped the can off. He was considerate of the placement, placed wood down on the drive to ensure there was no damage, and even stayed a couple extra minutes just to chat and get to know his customer. This was our third dumpster from Bin There Dump That and each time Fred has been kind enough to set us up each time, Jeff set us up this third time. Both gentlemen are courteous and listen to your concerns and get you delivered exactly what you need. On this particular delivery, our family came down hard with COVID and were unable to load anything for a few days and Bin There Dump That was kind enough to extend our rental a few more days to make up. They didn't have to do that, but that is exactly the type of business these folks are running. Down to earth, courteous folks that truly care about their customers and it is the reason why I will never order a can from any other company again. It doesn't matter if they don't have a 30, I will continue to go back simply because of the way they continue to treat me as a customer. Thank you SO MUCH Fred and Jeff for another amazing experience. We will be calling you again real soon!”
