“Terrible customer service and they look to squeeze you for every dime. We entered into a 3-year contract for weekly recycling pick-ups for a small building and the initial monthly cost was $74. The contract required a buy-out for early termination and by the time the 3-year term expired the monthly cost was $221. Republic also will find every excuse to charge a penalty/fine for the pick-up. There were months we were charged 2x the cost of the pick-up as a fine. Would avoid using Republic at all costs.”

“I have found they do not follow up on what they tell you they will do even after you pay for it or it can take 6 weeks. Also, when they tell you they will call back make sure you have a month or two to wait. I've received fines from the city as a result. I chose them because they had the best prices, and as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.”

“Their service gets worse and worse every year miss pick up a constant normal thing for them with no excuses and customer service is useless and and your sales person that takes care of your account is never around when you need them.”
