“Rented a 20-yard dumpster initially for one week. Was only able to fill it on weekends and decided that I would extend the rental for another week. Called and left a message to extend the dumpster like the directions indicate on their website and phone. I gave them five days notice to extend the dumpster. They came to pick up the dumpster anyways. It was barely anything in it and was stuck bringing the remaining item to the dump. They didn't put the dumpster on any lumber to protect the lawn. They still charged me 63 bucks for a small truck load worth of trash. Pretty much I paid $600 to throw out some broken kitchen chairs and miscellaneous smaller items. There was so little in the dumpster that it didn't even cover the bottom of it. There's 175 delivery fee on top of their already overpriced rental fee.”

“Never ever again will I rent from this place. I was triple charged. They dropped off dumpster at the wrong time and also picked up at wrong time and charge me for an extra run when it was their fault. When you call office no one knows what they are doing or talking about. One person passes it off to the other and nothing ever gets solved. Will be contacting BBB also with a bad review. Listen to your customers better .”

“Never Again Used them for a tear out they made it 1 day before they started charging what seemed like double charging or charging buy weight each load was a different price Then one of their drivers hit my garage with the dumpster they finally fixed it but it was a hassle The owner or manager not sure which was rude and kept telling us we miss understood their billing and it was our fault even though they couldn’t produce any kind of price list”
