“I called on Saturday to schedule a dumpster for Monday morning, they were closed but still answered the phone telling me to call Monday morning when they opened. I wanted the dumpster like yesterday, so I did as instructed the lady told me to text the information for what I needed and that they would get a dumpster out there. She called me at almost the end of the business day at 1:45 pm to inform me that they would drop a dumpster off in 45 min. I have a schedule to adhere, so I told them I could do 90 minutes because they called me at the last minute so this scheduler said they can't accommodate my request they could come tomorrow instead. The issue is my father traveled from Saint Louis to do the plumbing work, so we are on a time constraint, which is why I called on Saturday morning because I wanted the dumpster to be at my house on Monday morning ....”

“I ordered a dumpster and they told me they only accept cash and cards. I understand that they accept checks from Americans, but not from me because I'm Hispanic. I've rented from them before and never bounced a check! Bad service and I will never use their service again 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻”
