“Update: This company hit a new low. On trash day (last Thursday) they show up to pickup bins at 9, knowing full well that they don't empty bins until later - just so they can charge us an additional week. *** A complete joke. The most expensive option in Williamsburg and now, after 5 years of picking up trash with no issues, left us high and dry with full trashcans.....because we had a box on top of our trashcan. No note explaining their decision...nothing. Lazy, rude, etc doesn't even begin to cover it. Do NOT recommend. Any option is cheaper and will be a better experience.”

“This is the worst trash company you could ever deal with. You might as well sign a deal with the devil dealing with them. They will nickel and dime you for everything they can. Extra pick up as almost twice as much as your monthly fee. And they charge you $75 extra if you're over to top just a little tiny bit on a dumpster i cant even lock to keep people from using it even tried to get one that locks This company is a joke. this is $75.00 extra in the picture really!!!!”
