“Horrible residential services. Asked for trash cart replacement for over a month. Damaged by their workers. Called six times so far. Spoke with 4 agents and 2 supervisors. 5 broken peomises. Got hung up once. Never got called back. Still waiting for replacement.”

“Eboni B. Has been our business rep for a few months now. She has done an excellent job of meeting our needs. She is prompt to follow up. We have a business account and sometimes logistics is difficult, but Eboni gets the job done in an efficient manner.”

“Worst service ever. Never on time and this time 3 days late and still the trash is over loaded and never come to pickup. Call the customer service for 2 days straight for almost 4 times and they are saying you will get your service shortly and when I asked to for ETA they never provided one and keep saying your service shortly and this is not the first time I have experience same issues 3 times before. I Wish there was an option to give -1*. You expect your payment on time so we expect your service on time too. Look after your customer”

“Hello. My trash wasn’t picked up on Tuesday, July 22nd even though the can was outside early in the morning. I called Republic support around 10:30 am today (7/23/25) and spoke to a guy named Isaac. He spoke very fast and I couldn’t confirm if they’re sending someone to pick up the trash or not. He kept rushing me off the phone and then hung up. I’m in the 77049 area.”
