“The garbage pick up truck has been repeatedly getting too close to my house when they’re picking up the trash and because the bins are in a narrow alleyway and my unit is at the end of the alleyway in the turn radius of the truck, they almost Always hit my balcony and finally they have torn off a piece. I’ve called in multiple times and no one‘s answering the phone and now because of inclement weather. No one‘s addressing this so I want to leave these pictures here in hopes that someone at the company once the office opens back up will address the situation. I should not have to pay the insurance deductible because of something I’ve complained about multiple times to Not drive too close or turn too close to my balconies since the truck Doesn’t have any clearance room and I’ve seen the brush by other balconies.”

“Trash Pickup Complaint Friday October 31st I’m writing to report that my trash was not collected on Friday. I put my trash out on Thursday night, as usual, but when I came back from work on Friday at 2:15 p.m., it was still there. I called the company, and the lady who answered was not very polite. She asked for my address and told me that the truck would come by later that day or by Saturday at the latest. It’s now 11 a.m. on Saturday, and no one has come yet. This is really unprofessional and disrespectful. That’s all I wanted to report………….It’s now Sunday November 2nd afternoon, and no one has come. No one has done anything to solve the problem. This is the second time this has happened, and honestly, I’m very unhappy with this kind of service. It’s really frustrating and disappointing to see that nothing was done, despite the promise that it would be resolved. I ended up having to take care of the issue myself, as I couldn’t keep the trash for so many days. I am very disappointed with the service.”

“Please find another option if you are looking for a garbage/recycling disposal service. You will be saving yourself a great deal of frustration. We have used this service for almost 4 years now and in the last 2 years have had multiple single week and multiple week pick up misses (not including weather delays). Sometimes garbage is missed and sometimes recycling is missed. Sometimes both are missed. We always place the trash out the night before so it isn't a timing issue. The lack of consistency has been very frustrating and little to nothing has been done to fix the problem. Reimbursement only occurs if the pick up is not done over the entire week which means if your garbage is left outside for multiple days but is picked up eventually their is no compensation. Very disappointing service. Will be looking elsewhere for more reliability.”

“I usually wait until around this time of year to acknowledge the people and the companies that have delivered outstanding services to me and my family during the year. I feel like it is important that people are complimented for a job well done. From your company i am writing in reference to the driver of your truck number 466, Paola. Her service was exceptional, not one piece of trash on the ground and not one can on the road or overturned. Every week the same service. I am a happy home owner because of her. Regards Barbara”
