“Horrible experience ! Please do not get involved with this company , lack of customer service, I had them recommend a size and agreed to a 15 yard and they ended delivering a 10 yard they tried to induce me to pay cancellation fee , they did not accept their mistake and continue to induce me to cancel the agreement , their customer service has no idea what they are doing , absolutely abusive and lack of respect !”

“Very poor service the entire way. Paid for a 7 day dumpster, compromised and agreed to a 3 day permit, then in the end got a dumpster for 5 hours total. Dumpster pick up called me (5hrs after delivery) and said they are there to pick up the dumpster but it’s empty then proceeded to demand more money from me. I told the company I paid and they were looking into it. I show up Saturday and the dumpsters gone (they took an empty dumpster after I told him I still needed it). The after multiple calls I’m told I’ll only get a partial refund. Craziness, won’t be coming back here. I should have stuck to my guns and said I paid for a 7 day dumpster, and that’s what I’m getting. I agreed to a 3 day dumpster and they said since they don’t work Saturday or Sunday they had to pick it up Friday. Turns out this is a broker company and they just contract out your job to someone else.”

“Absolutely disappointed at the services they claim to provide. I was promised a dumpster delivery by 12pm and was charged $428.00. However, on the day of delivery, I was told that no time slot is guaranteed. Tried to cancel the order and was charged $100 for THE COMPANY’s false advertisement! PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY FOR DUMPSTER SERVICES, THIS COMPANY IS NOT IT!”
