I Need Dumpster

“Didn’t get the service everyone else got unfortunately. Ordered it for delivery on a Tuesday. They said it comes early in the morning but didn’t arrive until after noon. On top of that, they dropped off the wrong dumpster. Okay, not really update about it, just laughed it off and went on with filling it up the rest of the day. I called and asked them the day before delivery if they can pick up a day early and the rep said sure no problem! Pickup day came and no one showed up. I called asking when are they coming and they said no one is coming today. I asked why and they said you aren’t scheduled until the next day. I told them that I was confirmed for pickup today plus my HOA is expecting for pickup to be on the day in question. They said there’s nothing they could do and someone will pick it up first thing in the morning. Left with no choice, I waited until the next day for pickup. They did not come first thing in the morning. Around 8:30am a driver showed up but they sat outside for several minutes and then left. I called to ask what is going on and was told they sent the wrong truck and will send another in about an hour and a half. Around 1pm, I called to ask when they would arrive and before I could finish the sentence the guy said we will be there in about 36 minutes in a rather unpleasant tone. Almost an hour later at around 2pm, they finally arrive and take the dumpster away. I never raised my voice, I stayed respectful and I didn’t call anyone other than their name. None of this was acceptable, professional, or appropriate. Thankfully, I only needed the service once and that’s all they’ll get from me.”

“One word "reliable", actually I could use a couple more "affordable" & "convenient". It is easy to book and they are prompt. When they give a time and date to deliver and pickup, they show up on time. We used them twice in the past 3 months and we had similar experiences both times.
