“Barely filled the dumpster and they charged me an extra $300 for “weight” I’ve rented hundreds of dumpsters for heavier items and it’s never been an issue. Hope the $300 was worth it to lose a customer and receive a one star review.”

“The customer service lady is extremely rude. She couldn’t wait to get off the phone, she was talking extremely rude to me and hung up the phone in the middle of conversation. Avoid this place people and take your money elsewhere !!! UPDATE !!! THE OWNER JUST CALLED ME ON MY NUMBER AND THREATNED ME THAT HE WILL KILL ME BECAUSE I LEFT THIS REVIEW. I HAVE AN APP THAT RECORDS ALL MY CONVOS , I AM NOW CALLING THE POLICE THESE PEOPE ARE INSANE. BE CAREFUL WITH THESE PEOPLE REPLY TO THE OWNER: You are leaving a reply and claim I’m lying and I went off on you, I want to remind you don’t forget that I have all of my conversations saved and this is reported to the police because the owner did called me and threatened me and I have a recording of that, save yourself the humiliation and please don’t contact me anymore, I’ve been advised by a detective not to engage in conversation with you people. “Would like to speak with the owner on the phone regarding Angelica's customer service or lack there of. I tried asking her to forward me to a different manager but she stated, she is the not only the only manager and supervisor for company but owner and only personal I can talk to. Which if that's the case, rent else where unless you like to be yelled and laughed at for asking about an update when I was given false information previously.”

“Rented a dumpster from Same Day and it was very easy. They answered the call (which surprisingly other companies do not answer) and the rental was quick and easy. Friendly staff and the drop off and pick up went very smooth. Will be renting from them in the future.”
