“Not surprised to see such a horrible rating & all these bad reviews. We only use this company because the old owners of the house did and we tried to keep it simple. They’ve skipped our house 3 times in the 6 months we’ve been here - and if you’re an adult you know how much that sucks. When i call in about their reps are so rude. They sound like you just woke them up out of bed, they’re eating on the phone. It feels like a used car dealership not a residential trash service lol Jean? Older woman, should not work in customer service. She has the patience of a 2 year old and lacks professionalism.”

“We have once weekly pick up service for trash and biweekly pick up service for recycling . We spoke with Tina today regarding a seasonal hold. Tina was kind and very helpful and accommodated our request with professionalism. Thank you Tina.”

“Worst company ever. Ever since they took over GFL nothing but problems. Customer service is terrible, I always have to monitor when the truck comes because they forget my cans all the time so I’m running out to them and their response is “I don’t know this isn’t my usual route” this past week they left trash everywhere in my road so of course I have to watch to make sure they even pick up my trash so of course I see the trash pick it up get in my car and follow the truck and they knew what they did. If I could give them 0 stars.”

“DO NOT USE THEM….here is why: They bought out the local company that picked up our trash. Since casella took over they’ve missed our recycle for the 12th time. Probably more, I just started counting 12 missed recycle angry phone calls ago. Same empathic answer, “so sorry”, “here’s what I’m going to do for you”, “I’ll let the manager know”, “going to leave a note for the drivers”, ect ect ect… I mean, I could probably write the script these operators use. It’s been 12 times. On top of all that, I just received our quarterly bill. They’ve raised our rate $30.00 a quarter as of yesterday. Seriously. As far as waste services go, this one is garbage. Steer clear… Cue the virtue signaling from the Google Bot, also known as Casella Waste Systems (Owner) below this review, asking me to call them because they “care”… YOU CALL ME, I’VE CALLED ENOUGH. | | \/”
