“This company did not properly secure their load. As a result, one of our vehicles that was for sale was damaged. The driver refused to pull over. The rest of the company shares the same sentiment in regard to their responsibility. I would be reluctant to do business with a company that conducts themselves with such low ethics. Update We have emailed the email address provided below prior to this review. This is where the rep told us they were not responsible.”

They were able to deliver at a specified time and when we had issues with pick-up they assisted us and were very accommodating with the situation. “Scheduling with Katie was quick and easy. She did a great job of setting expectations for the pick up. On the day of the delivery I received a text that the truck was in route, then a phone call when the guys were 15 minutes out. The team was extremely professional as well as personable. They did an amazing job at getting 30 year old, solid oak entertainment center up from the basement and out the door. Their prices were reasonable. I would definitely work with Scraps again. I highly recommend their services.”
