“I thought this was going to go well, but it went south when I found at the end of the rental that I had been set up. I rented a 40 yard dumpster and they normally hold between 5 to 6 tons according to their own website. But apparently, they wrote an addendum in my contract that limited me to 4 tons for my 40 yard dumpster. Of course once you fill it up with regular household debris, it went over 4 tons and they charged me for being over. Why would they write a 4 ton limit for a dumpster that is designed to hold up to 6 tons? Bad business!!”
“Not happy with their communication guy the drop it really nice and helpful but the company charges you 60 days after. No calling or sending an email beforehand. Never using them again. Make sure to ask everything. If you are trying luck 🍀”
“I've had several issues with the company, but my most recent experience was especially disappointing. When I asked to speak to a manager, the person assisting me said there was no manager available. He did not give me a chance to explain my concerns and spoke to me in an unfriendly manner.”
