“My wife and I have contacted Blue Star Dumpsters to request that they remove the overflowing trash from one of their containers, which was involved in a construction project. The container was illegally placed in the street without the necessary permits and was struck by a vehicle. Despite the presence of flammable materials within the dumpster, Blue Star Dumpsters has sided with the general contractor and decided to collect the trash. This dumpster poses a significant liability to our neighborhood.”
“I contacted them to rent 30 yard dumpster . they went to drop of and the driver couldn't drop off saying that there a lot of cars on the side of road . i told them i want to cancel . they said that's fine . they still charged my card even that they didn't tell me that there is fee for that . they charged my card without telling me. when i said you cant do that . they said we sent you the policy . i told them nobody tell me there is a policy you should read it before we proceed . this is considered shady business . client should be told to read a the policy and initial it or write a contract before . if you will be charging their cards without a consent .”
