“We have been using silverback haulers for 5 months. We are on our 7th dumpster with the company. Our most recent was rented for the 2 week period. They did not come to retrieve the dumpster. It has been sitting in our driveway for at least 2 months. We have called many times. Multiple times a week. They say they will “do their best” to pick it up. It has been there so long that bystanders are now using it and the dumpster is filled, we have to empty it ourselves daily so it doesn’t exceed the top, causing us a lot of work and stress. And they WILL charge overage with no sort of weight slip proof. We are at a complete loss on how to get this dumpster picked up. We will NOT be using this company again in the future and I would absolutely not recommend them to anyone. EDIT: editing to add that they have now charged us for the additional time.”
