“The truck with rear plate number 30495 was driving extremely recklessly this morning. It was speeding, nearly collided with multiple cars, and even had to slam on the brakes right before a red light. Very unsafe behavior on the road. Would not trust this company based on what I witnessed.”

“Never again will I give my business to Liberty Waste & Recycling Services, their verbatim on the contract was not clear enough and I understood that with their rental of their 10 yard dumpster included up to .5 tons which is equivalent to 1,000 pounds of weight thereafter anything over would be charged 0.15 per pound. On top of the $235 we were charged an additional $211. I called to ask why was the additional charge for and how many total pounds we had disposed off in their 10 yard rental dumpster; both representatives hung up when I kindly read out my contract to them explaining to them my understanding and confusion of the verbatim in the contract. First representative explained that anything under , at or over would be charged at 1,000 pound rate of 0.15 cents; basically an additional flat rate of $150.00. The 2nd representative said that an additional charge of up to 1,000 pound (.5 tons of weight were automatically charged if at or under .5 tons and anything over was charged at 0.15 per pound . The Billing Representative seemed not to even know/ understand how their company fees and contract work.”
