“Having spent 40+ years in the construction industry in around Houston, I have had the opportunity to have dealt with quite a few rental companies. The one thing I have found missing in recent years though is good customer service. From the initial contact with A&W, I was made to feel like my business was greatly appreciated. Their pricing is competitive and from returning phone calls, keeping delivery schedules, and working with you when issues arise, Austin and their team are spot on in the way they conduct their operation. They are definitely a 5+ star company, and I have no problem recommending them to others.”
