“Dump-It is amazing. Been using them for 3+ years now. They are great with communication for holidays and any schedule updates. On that note, recently there was a holiday and our pick-up was a day later, for which I totally forgot to put the bins out (they notified me, but I was the dummy). After hearing the truck roll past my house and getting a text notification, I called up the office to see if they could swing back by before the truck was too far. Brad, the driver, came back about 20min later and emptied my bins. It was totally my fault, so I really appreciated Brad and the Dump-It team doing me a solid. Great team y'all have!”
