“I booked Porta John's for a block party and they didn't show up. Part of me understood that making a mistake happens and I wasn't too upset. However, the owner, the woman that handles the business here, decided to tell me about how she didn't get much sleep the night before and how she wants to go to bed. Well I just recently had a blood transfusion. I'm out of the hospital, have two kids and performed a block party so I'm a little tired too. When I called back to ask on Monday why everything fell apart? The owner told me that I yelled at her and screamed at her and that's why she became rude and never showed up in my Porta John's. I would never suggest ever trusting this company with your information, your name or your address at this point. If you have to rent from them I understand but I would do everything in my power to rent from somebody else because this is not a public serving company. This is a homegrown business that seems to be running on threads. So if you're Port of John's don't show up. Expect some Jerry Springer story and complaints from the owner and then expect to be disrespected when you call back on Monday to understand why they failed to complete their own job. If I could give Les the one star I would. This is the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with a person. This company is an absolute joke. She can planned extensively about how she wanted to go to sleep. How about this? If you can't handle your job, go do a different one.”

“I had a really aggressive interaction with one of the drivers, called the side of the car. Called customer service and had an equally disrespectful phone call there as well. The company culture here seems really off and unfriendly.”

“Rick is an awesome guy to work with.Always on time and gets all my switch outs done in a timely manner. Overall I have no complaints, I've even recommended them to other people and mentioned that they have porta potty service”

“Very unpleasant with our recent experience, drivers dropped off dumpsters and not once but twice ran into my retaining wall causing damage and didn't report or notify myself, I figured it out by the broken lug nut covers laying in my driveway, broken bricks as well as the multiple larger tire marks all over the wall. On top of that my driveway gate closure was hit and now the gate post is lose and to top it off the way the driver spoke to me and his general demeanor on the day of the last dumpster pickup was ridiculous, constantly swearing and complaining etc. Spoke on the phone twice with management and they said they would send someone to assess the damage for repairs or compensation and it's been a full week and no one has come or contacted me.. Will not recommend them to anyone else”
