“This business has caused me the worst embarrassment and stress ever!! They have not picked up my trash for 2 weeks. When i called they dispatched someone and they assured me it will be pick up. I get home, it’s still on the curve, smelling horrible and look horrible in my neighborhood. I wouldn’t not recommend them to no one. Poor service, dishonest, poor communication, and lack of customer service. I will be removing my service, reporting my experience and requesting a refund!!! An update, as of 12/8/2025 again my trash has not been picked up for 2 weeks again!! The lied to me stating it will be up today, this came from 2 ppl. I called a manager, no answer, left a detailed voicemail with a return number. I have never in my life experienced dishonesty from a company. I will be ending services needless to say!! Do not use them!!”

“This is the norm. Trash dropped and not picked up, they occasionally just skip houses and it’s a hassle to get them to come back. I don’t know if they need better management or better customer service support, but there is a lot of room for improvement. This is Minden.”

“This company is a joke. I’m not a rude or disrespectful person by no means but I have never been treated like this from and company in my life. I called months ago wanting have a trash pickup for my home, so I called the one for my city thinking it would be reliable and simple but I was very wrong I’ve had to call and sit on hold so many times and for so many hours it’s unbelievable. I was told for weeks that my can/bin would be swapped and that didn’t happen for three weeks so I had trash piled up on my porch. Bringing in rodent and bugs and was disgusting. So I finally got ahold of someone who sounded like they actually cared and yes my can was swapped out and I was told to put all my extra trash in the ground next to it and it would all be picked up the next week. That was three weeks ago. And all that trash was in my yard and in the road and in the neighbors yard. And I’ve called everyday for the past week just trying to talk to somebody and after a week I finally spoke to someone today and asked to speak to someone that was in my area and she gave me a number to call and it didn’t work. So I called back and was on hold and never got ahold of anybody until closing time. So all in all this company’s communication is a joke and they will respond with here’s our email or here’s our number and I would put all my money that nothing will get done. If you live on the outskirts of minden and you need a trash service DO NO NOT use these people. Cause if your elderly and can’t do certain things they will not accommodate you by no means and if your expecting a little southern hospitality you not going to get it. I’m going to keep calling everyday till something gets done and stays done cause a company this large and this well known should not be this lazy and unorganized.”

“I chose this place thinking I could manage things online for convenience. It took 6 calls to find out when my scheduled pick up day was. Then I received my first bill of $306 for 1 month and a half. I have been on hold for 20 minutes and still have not found anyone to explain why the cost is more than I agreed to or was listed on the website and can’t even find someone who done who can cancel the service. One star is till too good.”
