“This was my first time ever ordering a dumpster. I’m pretty finicky with my money so I price shopped around. Most companies I looked at was much more expensive. I had no clue how big of a dumpster I needed but Junk Jets was the same cost as 10 cu yd dumpsters. Plus I loved the smaller footprint. It makes delivery and pickup so much easier with his pickup and trailer than I big long truck. I called Brian and he couldn’t be more nice. Even offering that I could keep it an extra day or so if needed since they aren’t that busy this time of year. I also liked that I could have it dumped and redelivered for a discounted price. Brian’s is personable, flexible with details, and communicates well. I’ve already recommended Junk Jets to a neighbor and will definitely use them again if/when I need another dumpster. “Overall great experience. There were some technical issues with billing and phone numbers. Once we were able to talk with them they were very apologetic and fixed everything. Very easy to use and things are never perfect but how a business responds speaks volumes. If we ever need a dumpster again we will be using JunkJets.”
