“Good Afternoon, my name is Ethan from Florida Supply & Cleaning Products. We are a local supplier of products for Comfort House for some of their cleaning products on the Amazon platform. I was calling the office to personally thank them for their business & discuss further potential business with this customer. I was met with an extremely rude & disgruntle woman named "Wendy Wallace". She told me on the call to "Get to the point" and didn't show any kindness or concern of interest of our call. Eventually she just hung up on me. Again, the purpose of my call was to thank them for the business & discuss additional ways to offer them savings on future orders. If this is how a rep for a purchasing department at Comfort House treats their internal vendors who supply them product, I would be very leery to see how they treat potential customers. Based on brief research of reviews for this company on their Google Page, it seems Wendy Wallace has quite a few complaints for similar reasons. Maybe we will get a call back from someone more professional who represents this company more fittingly. Revision: It seems the owner has responded to us saying they don't purchase any products from us & this review is in error. To prove they have & currently still do purchase products from us, I have added a copy of their recently placed order below where you can see all the order details, including "Wendy Wallace's" name under the "Ship To" section.”
