Bin There Dump That Cleveland Dumpsters

“Can’t speak highly enough of this company. Was able to get a dumpster delivered on a Friday when I called late in the evening on a Thursday. Prices were competitive for a 10 day service. Drop off and pick up service was outstanding. Little things we threw out of a second story window that missed the dumpster were picked up before the driver pulled off. But what really made me leave this review was one simple fact. Our dumpster rental was for 10 days. Unfortunately towards the end of this rental, my wife had some medical emergencies that kept us wrapped up in hospital visits for the better part of a week. We ended up having this dumpster for about 15-16 days and the company never bothered us about “why didn’t you call”. Absolutely awesome customer service from start to finish.”

“Very professional and pleasant experience. Dumpster was delivered as scheduled and picked up as scheduled. Communications were outstanding, before picking up the dumpster I was contacted to see if I needed more time. During my rental I spoke to two different individuals, both were very professional. It’s obvious they care about their reputation. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.”

“Upon delivery I would have given this company 5 stars. Great friendly driver who delivered very carefully although I did notice the bin had rust. He assured me it wouldn't touch the driveway and it would be fine. Now they are not even worthy of 1 star and if the rust on my driveway is not removed I will be taking further action against them. I had a 5 day rental and my dumpster was supposed to be picked up on 8/22. Never showed. Contract said they have 72 hours past the pickup date. Still never came in that time frame. I had to contact them several times to pick up the dumpster. Kept getting promised dates for them to just not show up. They finally picked up the dumpster today 8/28....6 days late! I am not your storage unit for your dumpster and you should be giving me a refund for all these days over what was stated in the contract. The driver comes and throws his cigarette butts in my driveway. Then I watched him not use anything magnetic to get nails out of my driveway. I call the office and they admit he didn't and send him back. Again he throws his cigarette butts in my driveway. I go out to check my driveway after and it's COVERED IN RUST!!!! Their website specifically says that their bins are free of rust and there will be no cracks, rust or damage to the driveway. I call and they say they will try to come out Sunday (4 days from now) to USE MY HOSE AND MY WATER to try to clean it!!!! You are not racking up my water bill to clean up from your rusty dumpster! You better believe I will be taking further action and you will be required to replace my driveway if this is not corrected in a professional manner! I will also go after you for money for storing your bin in my driveway well past the contract date! UPDATE 10/20/24: Ryan and Laura tried several attempts to remove the stains and kept in constant communication. After several attempts, we still have some blotchy areas that my husband and I prefer to handle ourselves because it's a pain moving our cars for them to come out. After notifying them if this, Bruce called me and he went above and beyond to make things right with us and to make sure that we are happy with the resolution. I greatly appreciate a company who stands behind what they do and in the end wants the customer to be happy. That says a lot about a company. So I changed my review from a 1 star to 4 star review because of their excellent customer service. He also assured me that this was a fluke and it doesn't happen on a regular basis with their bins.”

“Wonderful service! I thought the first driver was amazing! I told my family how nice and pleasant he was. Then for pickup, another driver came. He arrived around 8am, he felt so bad that he had to wake us up. He was just as kind and pleasant as the first. With the world as bad as it is, it's nice to meet such pleasant people. Side note; I am black and they were not. They showed love as God said we should. Should I say more? Call now!”
