“Update: after explaining the town code they decided to replace the barrel at no cost. Went outside to bring the garbage barrel in after seeing the truck pull away. This is what I found. It is not fixable. We called to request a new barrel. (This barrel is 2 years old since we built a home in town and got it then.) we were told we would have to pay them $80. Why do we have to pay $80 to replace a barrel their employee broke? How is that ethical?”

“I am not a customer and probably will never be. My neighbor who shares the same driveway receives services through these guys. We have had some terrible wind and storms a couple of weeks ago and it resulted in a lower wire. The dumpster truck made it through fine but once they picked up the trash the driver went back through and long story short ripped our cable wire down. I need wifi to work and was unable to due to the driver NOT informing me of the damage. They caused damage to my wire which has been replaced, the driver also caused damage to my house. The driver got stuck and backed up then went through ripping it out. Thankfully I have a witness to this incident and the repair man confirmed it was ripped out. The driver did not bother to stop and inform the owner of the property or myself of the incident I came home to my broken wire being tied up by some rope. I called the next day to speak to someone in regards to all this TWICE, I have left two voicemails and I have even sent 3 emails and NO ONE returned my calls. how unprofessional can your company be? I have been very patient considering the holiday but I am no longer willing to be.”

“Horrible residential waste removal service. Do not recommend. Customer service is terrible. They can’t even get the cancellation of service correct!”

“My recycle day is Thursday. They drove right passed my can but picked up my neighbors. I called and was told they'd come back Friday. I called Friday to confirm. They didn't come. I called Saturday and was told that the Dispatch Lead would ensure it was taken care of on Monday. It's Monday evening, no one came. Why is this so hard? I have to call yet again tomorrow. Don't use this company!”
