“Their survey says, "What do you not like about this business?" All of the above!! Poor quality, poor value, not professional, not responsive and not on time!! "What service did they perform?" A DISSERVICE!! They are just terrible!! They pick and choose when they want to pickup your trash. They've done so many bad things to us. To not picking up our trash, to knocking it over, to damaging the bins. The list goes on! Here's some pictures of just some of the things they've done. Don't bother to call them because it'll just be a waste of your time. They'll give an "I'm sorry" story and promise to get back with you within 72 business hours. NOT!! They spilled waste in front of our house with glass and gunk! Promised to come clean it up. Nope!! Never happened. And then there's today!! They dumped over our trash and had the nerve to get out of the truck and stack it back into the trash bin and drove off and left it there!! What kind of sense does that make???!!! SO FED UP WITH THEM!!!!!”

“Again this company has left a bad taste in my mouth as a customer!! After inputting my address to check my schedule online shows that bulk pickup is every Monday. I put the bulk items to the curve on 03/02/25 for the 03/03/25 pick up. However, it wasn't picked up. I contacted them by phone and waited 30+ minutes before connecting with an agent. The agent informed me that bulk pickup is the 2nd Monday of every month. I told her what I was seeing online and I requested she email the correct schedule. Very disappointed with this company!!”

“Same issue Missed Pick up if your trash pick up falls on a Holiday Good luck if you have only once a week pick up . You will get missed for that week it seams”
