“Don’t use this company. Raised my rate 3 times in a year and a half and then said overhead costs increased so they had to pass it on to the customers! Sometime after that Rocco Carting came to my town and offered 3 months free to switch. I did and it was the best thing I ever did! So I called USA to let them know and then they offered me 3 months free if I went back! I then asked what happened to your overhead costs? Plus if I forget to bring my containers to the end of my driveway on trash day, the pickup guys for Rocco will actually go get it! They’re awesome’. The lazy workers at USA would never dream of doing that! Don’t use them period as I know they are trying to monopolize that industry too by buying out competitors!”
“I sent an email at 8:30 pm on a Sunday night regarding my account and hoped to get a response back the next day. I was shocked when I received a response to my question within ten minutes!! That is quality customer service at it’s best!”
“Forgot to put my garbage out today. Wife just called and said our driver walked down our driveway and grabbed my can and brought it up to the road! Not sure who my driver is, but that is above and beyond! Thank you”

“Monday was my scheduled day for garbage and recycling pickup. When I realized I forgot to put the bins out Sunday night, I called USA to see if the truck was still in the area and if they could possibly pick up the garbage. The lady I spoke with said there would be a $25 fee because they would have to send a different truck out. I declined paying the fee. I then went on their website and sent a message regarding what happened. Shortly thereafter I received a call from them and a nice e-mail from the Customer Service Manager confirming they would pick the garbage up on Tuesday at no charge. Needless to say I was extremely grateful, especially because this was my fault. I’ve had USA for a long time and their service has always been top notch. Thank you again for going out of your way to do this for me at no charge. Reminder to self: put garbage out on Sunday night👍”
