Customer service sucks. They hit one of our vans one time and acted like nothing happened. I wasn’t too worried about it since it wasn’t nothing major. Now they only picked up half of the dumpster and kept Saying someone will contact me in regards but nobody ever did. I’m not sure why they don’t fire the account managers that suck and get better ones. I’m probably one of the easiest people to get along and never wanted nothing for free just wanted to know the reason!!

If I have to contact support more than 10 times a year I think this is a problem. Nothing but problems one after another. Add: Support is not 24/7. Sales team/accoutning only works on weekdays and you have to call them. And each issue I had took at least 4-5 trys to get any improvment. For example, my recyle was canceld 2 months ago. I have contacted support 3 times. The container was already picked up but still it is still showing on my account and for sure I still get charged each month. They did gave me credit each time. But it is a pain that I need to spend that much energy and time on this. Last year, when we first signed up with the service we didnot get any pick up for weeks and months. Tried reporting for miss pickup and still not resolved. Was promissed credits for not picking up and that is and hit/miss situation too. The driver even came in our office and the second week we still get miss. Through out the year we still get miss pickup here and there that my store manager is tired of calling it in and we just start driving boxes of trash home.

Supposed to pick up yard waste on Monday and trash on Tuesday in our neighborhood. About half the time they don't come on Monday and have to call customer service. They are always very nice and say they're on their way and they never come. This week they didn't come at all, even after three phone conversations with the company stating that they were on their way. If you want reliable service GO WITH ANOTHER TRASH COMPANY!!

Michelle S. is the representative for our business. She is the best. I had a huge problem with an overage charge that wasn't even our trash waste container. She took care of it, problem solved. Hopefully you are lucky enough to have her for a Representative.

They go weeks without picking up your tradh. Superviors make false promises. You get a run around. We now have an infestation because of this. Find another company
